Meet SitewynA self-hosted AI website builder SaaS. A business of your own.
The website builder you can own

A little creative.
A lot of possibility.

Turn the demand for websites into your own business. Sitewyn is a self-hosted AI website builder SaaS: customers describe a business in chat, an agent builds the site, they click to edit and publish to their own domain. Your name is on the door.

The product / a closer look

Beautiful outside.
Brilliant underneath.

A creative workspace for your customers. A proper control room for you. Take a look around.

From a conversation to a canvas.

Start from an AI plan, then refine by clicking or by asking in chat. Click-to-edit changes use zero AI credits; chat edits arrive as a patch you apply or discard.

Made for the whole journey

The idea is just
the beginning.

Give your customers the tools to build something useful. Give yourself a platform worth selling.

01 / Create

A conversation.
Then a canvas.

The agent proposes a sitemap and a section plan; nothing is charged until the customer confirms it. Sections stream onto the canvas page by page, then a QA pass checks links, alt text and contrast.

Try the creation flow
02 / Make it yours

Your name.
Your entire experience.

White-label the dashboard, client portal, emails and the landing page that ships with the script. Customers build reusable brand kits from a URL, a logo or by hand.

03 / Grow

Made to create.
Built to earn.

Sell plans and credit packs with your own prices. Set the models each plan may use and what every AI action costs, and watch AI spend against revenue.

Content that keeps growing

CMS collections, a blog with scheduling and RSS, forms with an inbox, and videos from uploads or YouTube, Vimeo, Loom and Wistia.

Beyond a brochure

A store with variants and stock, bookings with staff and hours, and member areas.

A home on their own domain

A DNS wizard with live checks; Caddy issues the certificate automatically.

Room to take it elsewhere

Static HTML ZIP export with assets and relative links, the same artifact the server publishes.

Change with confidence

Every publish and applied AI change is a version. Compare by section and restore as a draft.

Your choice of AI, images included

OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, OpenRouter or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint, with key pools and per-plan BYOK. Brand-aware AI images are metered in credits like every action.

Store checkout on customer sites uses the site owner’s own Stripe, PayPal or Razorpay keys, or cash on delivery. 12 more regional drivers are planned as free updates.

Connect the rest of the workflow.

Signed outgoing webhooks for platform events and a webhook URL on every form. Point them at a Zapier or Make catch-hook trigger, or at your own endpoint.

A few good questions

Before you
make your move.

All questions
Do I need a separate builder server or a Supabase account?

No. Sitewyn runs as one Docker Compose stack on your VPS: the web app, the API, a background worker, PostgreSQL, Redis and Caddy. Forms, CMS entries, orders, bookings and members are stored in your own PostgreSQL. There is no build binary, no compile queue and no third-party database to sign up for.

If the AI does not write code, how does it build a site?

The agent plans a sitemap, then fills sections from a library of 40 section types, each with a JSON schema. The server validates every section and retries or repairs anything invalid before saving it. One React renderer draws the same document in the editor and on the published site, which is prerendered to static HTML.

Can my customers edit their sites without spending credits?

Yes. Clicking an element to change text, images, links, spacing or styling does not call the AI and costs nothing. Credits are only spent on AI actions such as generating pages, chat edits, images, SEO audits and translations, at prices you set per action.

How do custom domains and SSL work?

Each site gets a subdomain on your wildcard domain. For a custom domain, the customer adds the A record the wizard shows (or a CNAME for www). Sitewyn verifies it, and Caddy issues a Let’s Encrypt certificate on demand. Caddy only requests certificates for domains your platform has verified.

Will it run on shared hosting or cPanel?

No. Sitewyn needs a VPS or dedicated server where it can listen on ports 80 and 443, run long-lived Node.js processes and a background worker, and issue certificates for customer domains. A 2 vCPU, 4 GB RAM VPS with Docker is the minimum. The requirements page lists everything.

Which AI providers does it support?

OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, OpenRouter, and any OpenAI-compatible endpoint, for example a self-hosted model server. You add keys in the super-admin, can pool several keys per provider, and can let tenants bring their own keys per plan. AI images run on gpt-image models through OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry or any OpenAI-compatible images API with the same keys, pools and BYOK; stock photos (Unsplash, Pexels) use their own keys.
