Sitewyn Direct Licence

Who this licence is for

This licence applies to Sitewyn bought from our store on Lemon Squeezy or Payhip (the “direct stores”). It is granted by the author of Sitewyn (“we”). Lemon Squeezy sells the product as merchant of record and reseller; Payhip runs the checkout. Purchases on CodeCanyon or Codester are licensed under those platforms’ own terms instead.

These terms are the end-user licence for Sitewyn. They replace any default end-user licence in a store’s own terms for this product, including the personal, non-commercial licence described in Payhip’s Terms of Use: Sitewyn buyers receive the commercial rights below.

Single-site licence

You may install and run Sitewyn as one production installation on one application domain, plus one staging domain for testing. You may use it for your own business or operate it for one client, including commercially.

The end users of that installation may not be charged for access to it: if anyone pays for plans, credits, subscriptions or other access to the platform you install, you need the Unlimited licence. Your customers’ published websites served by the installation are part of the same installation.

One licence key activates one installation at a time. To move, deactivate the old installation on its Licence page first, or use the domain change on that page (once every 30 days).

Unlimited licence

You may install and run any number of Sitewyn installations operated by you or by you for your clients, and you may charge their end users: sell plans, credits and subscriptions, and run Sitewyn as a paid SaaS under your own brand.

Both licences

You receive the full source code and may modify it for your installations.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or share the source code or the product itself, whether as it is, modified, or as part of a template, theme, script, starter kit or competing product, and you may not share your licence key.

The sites, content and data that your customers create with your installation belong to them and to you, not to us.

Third-party packages bundled with Sitewyn keep their own open-source licences (listed in licenses/THIRD_PARTY.md in the download). Third-party services you connect, such as AI providers, payment gateways and email, are separate accounts under their own terms and prices.

Support

Each purchase includes 6 months of author support from the purchase date, through the support link on this site. Support covers installation problems on a server that meets the published requirements, bugs in Sitewyn, and questions about how its features work. It does not cover custom development or design changes, your third-party accounts and their approvals, or shared hosting and servers that do not meet the requirements.

When support ends, the software keeps working: the licence is perpetual.

Updates

Updates are free for as long as Sitewyn is sold. The super-admin Updates page tells you when one is available; you download it from your order on the store where you bought.

Refunds

You may ask for a refund within 30 days of purchase if Sitewyn does not work as described and we cannot fix the problem within a reasonable time, or if you never downloaded it. We do not refund a change of mind after download, a server that does not meet the requirements, or features the product never described.

Ask through the store’s order page or the support link on this site. Lemon Squeezy may also refund an order itself within 60 days to prevent a chargeback. A refund, chargeback or dispute disables the licence key.

Licence checks

Sitewyn verifies the key once with the store’s licence service through our licence server and keeps a signed licence file on your server, refreshed daily. If the check cannot complete, the installation keeps working for a 14-day grace period. A disabled, refunded or invalid key shows a notice to the platform owner and pauses update checks; it never blocks your tenants or their published sites.

Warranty and liability

Sitewyn is provided as described on its product page. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, it is provided without further warranties, and our liability for any claim related to it is limited to the amount you paid for the licence. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Changes

We may publish new versions of this licence for future purchases. The version in force on the day you bought applies to your purchase.
