Meet SitewynA self-hosted AI website builder SaaS. A business of your own.

Pricing

One purchase. Your server, your margins.

Sitewyn is sold on CodeCanyon and Codester under their licences, and on Lemon Squeezy and Payhip under our direct-store licence. You pay once; after that your costs are your server and your AI provider usage, and you set what your customers pay.

Regular licence

One installation whose end users are not charged. Single-site on Lemon Squeezy and Payhip.

$79one-time

CodeCanyon item price; Envato adds its buyer fee. Other platforms show their price at checkout.

  • Build sites for your own business or for one client
  • An in-house website studio for a company or a school
  • Every feature on the features page, full source
  • Free updates and author support (period depends on the platform)

Which licence do I need?

If anyone pays you to use the platform you install, you need the Extended licence (Unlimited on Lemon Squeezy and Payhip; on Codester, read its Extended terms first). If you only use it yourself, or for one client who does not pay per use, the Regular licence (Single-site) fits. The Buy page compares the four platforms’ licences; the terms of the platform you buy on are the final word.

Included in both licences

  • 14 payment gateways for your subscriptions and credit packs
  • Storefront checkout with Stripe, PayPal and Razorpay
  • Custom domains with automatic SSL
  • 24 templates and 40 section types
  • Static HTML export
  • S3-compatible storage
  • In-app updates
  • White-label branding

What support covers

  • Installation problems on a server that meets the requirements
  • Bugs in the item, fixed in updates
  • Questions about how features work
  • Custom features or design changes
  • Your provider accounts (AI providers, gateways, DNS), their pricing or approvals
  • Shared hosting and servers that do not meet the requirements

Installation is documented step by step in the full HTML manual included in the download, and is not a paid extra.

Add-ons

Add-ons are separate items at $29 each and extend the product rather than unlock basics. None is released yet; the planned list is below.

  • Ecommerce Pro

Subscriptions, bundles, multi-currency storefronts, inventory alerts, abandoned cart emails, payment fields in forms and more storefront gateways.

  • App Builder Pro

Relations, computed fields, workflows, field-level permissions, paid memberships, member file storage and a REST API with member tokens.

  • Agency Pack

Per-workspace login domain and branding, client billing through the agency’s Stripe, white-label emails.

  • Next.js export

Export a site as a Next.js project instead of static HTML.

  • Template packs

Vertical bundles of templates and brand kits.

Your running costs

A VPS from about 2 vCPU and 4 GB RAM, and your AI provider usage. Sitewyn generates structured JSON rather than source code, which keeps token counts per site small; the admin cost dashboard shows your real spend per model and per tenant, and you price credits per action so every generation is paid for.
